Product-led growth, mapped
Build a product.
Make growth part of it.
Turn the value your users create into the reason someone new joins. Loopcraft connects your sharing loop, business engine, and growth metrics in one clear map.
For founders and product teams. No growth hacks required.
Three rules. No shortcuts.
Our commitment to an honest growth map.
Value first.
Deliver a useful result in about a minute. Earn the share before you ask for it.
Give invites a purpose.
Make a second person essential, or give both people a meaningful reward.
Measure, don’t assume.
Below a K-factor of 1, the loop isn’t self-sustaining. Track cycle time, too.
The Loopcraft map
One system.
Three connected layers.
A share button isn’t a growth strategy. Work through the loop, connect it to a viable business, then check the numbers. Open each step to explore what belongs in your product.
01The product-powered loop
Value → Share → Activate → Repeat
The product-powered loop
Value → Share → Activate → Repeat
Start with a useful output: a design, a booking link, a shared workspace. Let that output introduce your product to the next person—not an ad layered on top.
Map it: What can a new user create in one minute? Who needs to see it, and why would that person join?
02The business underneath
Activation → Retention → Revenue
The business underneath
Activation → Retention → Revenue
Give the new arrival a reason to stay. Connect the first useful action to a repeatable need, then identify where customers would pay for more value.
Map it: What brings users back? What paid capability improves the same job, without blocking the first useful result?
03The feedback that matters
Invites × Conversion · Cycle time
The feedback that matters
Invites × Conversion · Cycle time
Count invitations per user and the share that become new users. Then measure how long it takes those users to repeat the loop. A high ratio with a slow cycle can still mean slow growth.
Map it: Where do people drop off? Is the bottleneck creating value, sharing it, or activating the next person?
Each user brings in more than one new user.
K = invitations per user × invite conversion rate. Above 1, a loop can compound; below 1, it still needs acquisition from outside the loop.
Validate retention and shorten the time between someone joining and bringing the next person in.
Click any layer to expand it. Use the prompts to map your own industry or product idea.
